Sloppy Mike's is an online store and a DBA of Digital Bone Studios LLC. Our business mailing address is 18395 Evening Primrose Lane, San Bernardino, CA 92407. It is not a retail location and customer visits are not accepted.

Products are made to order by independent production and fulfillment partners after an order is accepted. Product colors, placement, dimensions, and printed appearance may vary slightly from on-screen images because of displays and normal manufacturing tolerances.

We work to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. If a material error affects an order, we may contact the customer to offer a correction or cancellation.

Submitting payment is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is successfully authorized and we issue an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order when payment fails, a product or variant becomes unavailable, an address cannot be validated, suspected fraud is detected, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed before payment. Promotional codes are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn when used improperly.

Shipping rates, destination restrictions, handling ranges, and transit estimates are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. An order may arrive in multiple packages when products are fulfilled by different production partners or facilities.

Because products are made to order, we do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges for correctly produced products. Our Returns & Replacement Policy explains the 30-day claim window and the evidence required for damaged, defective, incorrect, or qualifying lost items.

Production can begin shortly after checkout. Contact support immediately to request a cancellation or address correction, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production.

You may use this site only for lawful personal shopping and support purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, scrape the service in a disruptive manner, or misuse Sloppy Mike's designs, branding, text, or images.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue site features or products. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Bone Studios LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
