When you place an order, contact support, or use the storefront, we may collect contact information, billing and delivery details, order contents, transaction identifiers, support messages, and technical information such as browser, device, cookie, and usage data.

Payment card information is processed by Stripe. Sloppy Mike’s does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

We use information to operate the storefront, process payments, produce and deliver orders, provide tracking and support, prevent fraud, maintain security, analyze site performance, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products and customer experience.

We share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary for them to perform services for us. These providers include Stripe for payment processing, Printify and its production and delivery partners for order fulfillment, Supabase for application data services, Netlify for website hosting, and Google for analytics, advertising measurement, Merchant Center, and Customer Reviews.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. They may operate in countries other than the country where you live.

After a completed purchase, the confirmation page may display an optional Google Customer Reviews invitation. If you choose to opt in, we share your order identifier, order-confirmation email address, delivery country, and estimated delivery date with Google. Google may email you after the estimated delivery date to ask about your shopping experience.

Choosing not to participate does not affect your order. We do not send unverified product identifiers to Google through this feature.

The site and its providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies for cart functionality, security, analytics, advertising measurement, and remembering preferences. Browser controls can limit cookies, although doing so may affect storefront features.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, provide support, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it was collected.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising activities may be considered “sharing” under certain privacy laws. You can use available browser and platform controls to limit those activities.

The storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the site.

We may update this policy as the storefront, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
