About Sloppy Mike's
Two people. One questionable sense of humor.
Sloppy Mike's started with Mike, a friend, and the kind of jokes that probably shouldn't be repeated in polite company.
What began as a shared sense of humor eventually became an artistic outlet: a place where ridiculous ideas, inappropriate observations, and jokes with no business being on clothing could become something real.
So we started putting them on shirts.
And hoodies. And stickers.
Basically, anything that could survive the consequences.
An investigation nobody requested
Who is Sloppy Mike?
Mike is real.
Whether naming the entire operation after him was a tribute, a warning, or an administrative mistake remains open to interpretation.
He helps inspire the attitude behind the brand: unapologetic, unserious, slightly inappropriate, and never interested in pretending adulthood is going according to plan.
But Sloppy Mike's is the work of two friends. We create it together as an expression of the humor we share—the kind that gets funnier the later it gets and considerably worse once someone says, “We should put that on a shirt.”
Questionable humor.
Every Sloppy Mike's design begins with an idea we genuinely find funny. We develop the concept, decide whether it belongs on a shirt or should have remained an inside joke, and then release it into the world anyway.
Deliberate work.
The jokes may be irresponsible. The work behind them isn't. Our products are made to order through professional production partners, letting us create unusual designs without filling a warehouse—or Mike's garage—with boxes of regrettable inventory.
