Orders of $75 or more receive free standard shipping.

Tracked

Tracking is sent when each package leaves production.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates include both production and carrier transit time. They begin on the first business day after an order is placed and are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Weekends, holidays, product availability, large orders, address problems, carrier delays, and quality-control reprints can extend delivery time.

Free standard shipping applies automatically when the merchandise subtotal reaches $75. Available destinations and the final shipping charge are confirmed during checkout.

One order, more than one box

Your stuff may travel separately.

Products may be made by different production partners or at different facilities. When that happens, one order can arrive in multiple packages on different days.

You will not be charged an additional customer shipping fee after checkout because an order is split. Each shipment receives its own tracking information when available.

Tracking and delivery problems

Tracking can take time to update after a label is created. If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be found, check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and the local delivery office first.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us with the order number and tracking information so we can investigate.
